Pedestrian and bicycle counts

Pedestrian and bicycle counts record people crossing at intersections or passing a screenline on a corridor, by crossing leg or direction, in 15-minute intervals. They support safety studies, active-transportation plans and multimodal level-of-service analysis.

Counts are collected by vision-based, non-intrusive methods and are reviewed independently before release.
